Baxley — is the father to Aldwyn and Yeardley, and mate to Corliss. He was the first owner of the Shell Necklace Aldwyn carries. He's Malvern's brother, making Malvern Aldwyn's uncle. He belongs to the Mooncatcher tribe of Maidenmere cats.
Later on in Secrets of the Crown, Aldwyn discovers that Baxley was killed by Necro, the crazy man at the center of Necro's Maze.
